Bryna says: "My friend, Linda, from high school days (!!) Roslyn High School, LINY, remembered my love for horses and sent me this video of the nine-year-old mare doing dressage. She looks for all the world like a Lippizaner mare, but they said she was "bred in Denmark."

Linda says: "Even if you aren't interested in horses, you will enjoy this.
If you like horses, you will love this clip, you'll even forget it's a horse! Even if you don't like horses, this is amazing stuff. This video is of Andreas Helgstrand and his 9 year-old mare, Matinee, at the World Equestrian Games. It is the Musical Freestyle Dressage competition, and they pretty much wiped the floor with everyone. Watch how her tail shows her joy and enthusiasm! .

Turn up the sound and watch this mare dance...she knows where the beat is.

Dwight's Departure

Hi Everyone! Dwight is on the tarmac, about to take off to Edmonton, Canada, into the waiting arms of Lane and Jason. He arrives tonight at 9:00 pm:)

Sonny is probably going to Colorado.

Maya may go to Virginia.

Yimmie could cross the pond.

Stay tuned for more updates. Heidi took more pictures today, and I'm learning how to swim around and stay afloat among the technical stuff.

Expanding our "Electronic" world

This is my first Blog and it's a little exciting! I have to say I was very impressed with Bryna when she came to me for help in creating this new avenue of communication. With a little investigating, an evening of log ins and passwords, with the Cubs game playing in the background and Sugar distracting Bryna with kisses, we created this blog and Bryna posted her Welcome to everyone.

I looking forward to seeing how this will develop and expand our ever changing electronic communication options. Let me add my Welcome to Bryna's !
